  • During the online booking process, you will be presented with a detailed description of the chosen service, including any applicable taxes and fees.

3. Pickup and Drop Off

  • We offer a complimentary pickup and drop-off service within Delhi NCR for your convenience. Please refer to our separate Pickup and Drop Off Policy for details.

4. Payment

  • Payment for detailing services can be made online or upon completion of the service at our outlet.
  • We accept various payment methods as displayed on the website.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
