This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our pickup and drop service to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our valued customers.

Service Area

Our complimentary pickup and drop service is currently available within Delhi NCR. Please enter your complete address during the online booking process to confirm eligibility.

Booking and Scheduling

  • While booking your car detailing service online, you can opt for our pickup and drop service.
  • We will contact you to confirm the pickup and drop timings based on your chosen service and our schedule availability.

Vehicle Pickup

  • Our trained and insured representatives will arrive at your designated location at the scheduled pickup time.
  • A pre-pickup inspection will be conducted to document the vehicle's condition including any existing dents, scratches, or prior damage.
  • You will be required to sign a digital condition report acknowledging the vehicle's condition before it is picked up.

Vehicle Transit

  • We understand your car is valuable, and we take utmost care while transporting it.
  • Your vehicle will be driven by a trained and experienced driver and transported using safe and reliable methods.
  • However, please be aware that Autocatalyst Detailing cannot be held liable for any damages incurred to the vehicle during transit due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents, theft, or natural disasters.
  • We recommend you consider obtaining temporary car insurance that covers the vehicle while in transit for added peace of mind.

Vehicle Drop-Off

  • Upon completion of the detailing service, your car will be delivered back to your designated location at the agreed-upon drop-off time.
  • Our representative will conduct a final inspection with you, and you will be presented with a post-service condition report for your reference.
  • Once you confirm that the vehicle is in satisfactory condition as per the report, you can make the payment for the detailing service.

Important Note

  • By availing of our complimentary pickup and drop service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
  • The free pick and drop is only available on new services, if your car is coming to us for a maintenance coat, the pick-up and drop WILL NOT BE FREE.
